Olivia grew up dancing competitively at both Footsteps Dance Studio and The Dance Connection. She was an Irishette for three years in high school and was a captain for two of those years. She went on to dance D1 in college for three more years, competing at UDA Nationals. 

Sarah started dancing at age 4 in pre-ballet with Stefannie Valencia Kierlin at The Ballet School in Winona. She studied classical ballet for 10 years, dancing in The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and other ballet and modern dance performances. She danced with the cheerleading teams at Cotter High School and Wartburg College and then made the switch to dance fitness.

Sarah has 20 years of experience teaching dance classes in her sneakers, including teaching cardiosculpt dance in the Harvard Dance Program, outdoor Zumba classes to 300 people in Boston, and Les Mills BODYJAM at multiple gyms.

When she is not dancing, she is teaching English at RHS and at DHMS, and she is absolutely thrilled to be back in Minnesota!

Kaitlynn began dancing at age 3 and started competing at Spotlight Productions at age 8. She was a 4 year member and 2 time state champion with the Lightning Dance Team, and is thrilled to be back coaching in the South Suburban conference. This is Coach Kaitlynn’s third season coaching with the Irishettes. When she isn't at practice, Kaitlynn is an Occupational Therapist and loves spending time with her husband and her puppy Kaya! Kaitlynn is thrilled for the upcoming season with IDT!

Sela is an English teacher at Rosemount High School passionate about the performing arts. Growing up, Sela was involved in choir, theater, and dance. Sela attended Midwest Youth Dance Theater (MYDT) and currently teaches musical theater classes with Mayer Arts. Sela is excited to coach the Irishettes this Fall and help dancers build their performance skills!
