ROSEMOUNT IRISHETTES
COACHING STAFF
OLIVIA CONN
Varsity Head Coach
Head Coach Olivia Conn is a Rosemount native and proud IDT alum. This will be her 6th year coaching the irishettes. She grew up dancing competitively at both Footsteps Dance Studio and The Dance Connection. She was an Irishette for three years in high school and was a captain for two of those years. She went on to dance collegiately at a Division I level for three more years, competing at UDA Nationals with UNI. When Coach Olivia is not at dance she works as an Electric Distribution Designer for Xcel Energy. She loves spending her free time going to yoga classes, being with friends/family, and hanging out with her dog Pearl.
KAITLYNN CARPENTER
JV/V Coach
Coach Kaitlynn began dancing at age 3 and started competing at Spotlight Productions at age 8. She was a 4 year member and 2 time state champion with the Eastview Lightning Dance Team, and is thrilled to be back coaching in the South Suburban conference. This is Coach Kaitlynn’s 5th season coaching with the Irishettes. When she isn't at practice, Kaitlynn is an Occupational Therapist at North Memorial Hospital and loves spending time with her husband and her puppy Kaya! Kaitlynn is thrilled for the upcoming season with IDT!
KATIE RUDIN
JV/V Coach
Katie began her dance career at Dance Arts Centre where she danced competitively for three years. After that, she joined Eden Prarie High School Dance Team. She was a member for four years and a state participant for two of those years. She has always had a passion for choreography and for expressing herself through dance, and is very excited to continue this passion through coaching the Irishettes. Katie has a background in Human Resources and attended the University of North Dakota, majoring in psychology. She really enjoys hanging with her sweet dog, Winnie, reading, and spending time outdoors in her free time. This will be Katie's 2nd year with IDT!
EMMA WIESSENBERGER
Junior Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Emma was born and raised in Rosemount and began dancing at Betty Jo’s at just 2 years old. Inspired by her older sister, she joined the Irishettes her freshman year and has been passionate about the team ever since — now coming full circle as a coach. Emma graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2022 with a degree in History. She works in marketing for a property management company and lives in the south metro. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends, hanging out with her cat Vienna and dog Remy, and traveling whenever she can. She’s thrilled to continue sharing her love for dance and be part of the Irishettes’ journey once again.
KEELEE ROGGENBUCK
Fall Performance Team Coach
Keelee started competitive dance in high school without any experience in her hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In college, her love for dance took a more artistic turn as she joined a philanthropic all level student run and choreographed company called Higher Ground Dance Company. The company accepted all dance levels and styles and put on showcases each semester to raise money and fund a dance therapist working with cancer patients at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. She also took ballet, jazz, and modern lessons through the arts college. Recently, she has retired from coaching the winter JV team at Two Rivers Highschool for the past seven years. Keelee is currently a civil engineer working for Dakota County managing transportation projects. She loves traveling, spoiling her dogs, and teaching fitness classes like Zumba and Barre. This will be Keelee's first year with IDT.
Jen Strean is joining the team this fall as an assistant coach. She is a full time hairdresser and assistant manager at Cole’s Salon in Burnsville, and lives in Elko with her husband and son.
